Certificates A" No 45 and "B" relating to Houses to be erected at Oswald Avenue, Queen Street and Albert Avenue Grangemouth. Certificate A dated 26th December 1929 approves the building of 28 houses by Scottish Oils Ltd. Certificate B dated 3rd October 1930 certifies that 24 houses have been built to a standard qualifying them for a subsidy of £40 per house from the Burgh of Grangemouth.
